Our Four Favorite Holiday Events in Dallas

Y’all, get ready to jingle all the way through the holiday season in Dallas! There are so many fun and festive events happening in the city that you won’t want to miss. From twinkling light displays to holiday markets, Dallas is the place to be this season. Here are four holiday events that are sure to get you in the spirit, all a short distance from our boutique bed and breakfast.  

1. Holiday Tea at The Adolphus: Imagine stepping into an elegant and festive setting filled with twinkling lights, beautifully decorated Christmas trees, and the delightful aroma of freshly brewed tea. Beginning on November 5th in The French Room, you can indulge in a selection of teas, along with delectable finger sandwiches, scones, and an array of sweet treats.
2. Holiday Lights in Highland Park: If you enjoy stunning light displays and festive decorations, Highland Park is a must-see during the holidays. From sparkling trees to elaborate Nativity scenes, you’ll be mesmerized by the sheer magnitude and creativity of the decorations. Highland Park also holds special events during the holiday season, including carriage rides and visits from Santa Claus.
3. Dallas Holiday Parade: Get your holiday cheer on at the annual Dallas Holiday Parade, featuring marching bands, festive floats, and larger-than-life balloons. Bring the whole family to this beloved Dallas tradition. Celebrating its 36th year, the parade will happen on December 7th.
4. Twelve Days of Christmas at the Dallas Arboretum: Experience the magic of the holidays at the Dallas Arboretum’s Twelve Days of Christmas exhibit, featuring elaborate displays inspired by the classic holiday song. Stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens and take in the sights and sounds of the season from November 13th – January 5th.
