A Real Treat
The Gaston is stunning and takes expectations of a BNB to another level! Not only is it gorgeous throughout, my room was comfy and had a homey feel. I felt like I was pampered staying there! Honestly, it was such a treat.

There is so much extra to this home you will never get at a hotel! It has a beautiful bar, delicious baked treats, a snack basket, a few places to sit and hang out outside of your room, and more. It’s also in a great location—you can walk to a beautiful street lined with estates and trees, or catch a quick ride to cool Dallas spots. I’d love to come back here again.

Had an excellent weekend at The Gaston. This was a quick weekend getaway with restaurants and shopping. We took a nice walk down nearby Swiss Ave to see some historic homes in the area. Terrific, top-notch service. Rooms and the common area were exceptionally clean. Parking was easy. We would book it again and recommend to others.

Amazing stay! Highly recommended.
Everything about our stay at the Gaston was first rate! Maureen was an excellent host. The house was amazing. The food excellent. The accommodations perfect. The location was convenient. We will be back again as soon as our plans allow it. We can’t wait!

Our most recent visit at The Gaston Bedroom and Breakfast was quaint and charming. From the warm friendly staff to the delicious delectable fruits and snacks, the weekend getaway with my wife was a slice of heaven. My wife phoned the host last minute to surprise me with a bottle of wine, and the request was granted as quickly as abracadabra! Enjoyed the stay, we will be back.

Maureene was an excellent communicator for all details, Annie was super helpful and its really Dallas’ best kept secret. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Dallas! I got back from my stay at The Gaston in Dallas over a week ago and I’m still thinking about how outstanding my time was there. In a world where flipping houses is the norm, The Gaston is the exact opposite of that. The amount of detail put into each and every room is exquisite! From the furniture and wallpaper down to the hinges and knobs on the doors, you can see the care and though that was given to bring this beautiful historic home back to its’ glory. The bar was beautiful as was the lounge area, the dinning room and the breakfast room. I stayed in the Dentzel Room which was private, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a most excellent shower. I would highly recommend staying at The Gaston whenever you are in Dallas. The Gibson family, who are the owners, are friendly and gracious and will bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

Boutique B&B – must stay in Dallas
If you’re looking for a boutique first class experience look no further than The Gaston. Each room has a unique and gorgeously decorated theme from the pictures on the wall, the gorgeous tile in your bathroom or the unique furnishings throughout the entire bed and breakfast. Want a unique photo op? Look no further. The front porch even has gorgeous chairs and plants to just hang out and have a cup of coffee. Check out their unique and swanky bar for a cocktail or relax on the back patio. This place has it all and more. Cheers!

We loved staying in the Adair at The Gaston! The amenities were fantastic from the shower to the comfiness of bed. I loved all the details that made the room so inviting. The home is absolutely gorgeous. I think the speakeasy door and the books on the ceiling are my favorite. The host was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. I want to go back to try out another room. Highly recommend The Gaston!!

I found the Gaston while looking for a unique stay during a work trip. The staff was kind and accommodating to my later check in, the space is absolutely beautiful, and the location was easy to get around town from. Highly recommend for any type of trip and I hope to stay again if work brings me back to Dallas!
