Make yourself at home with a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast at our romantic Texas B&B. Breakfast is offered daily in The Gaston Speakeasy. Find a cozy spot to relax and enjoy your morning in our sunroom, luxe dining room, or outside in The Gaston Garden, without even changing from your pjs.

On weekdays, our guests enjoy a continental-style breakfast with tasty options like pastries and croissants, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

For weekend mornings, we serve a home-cooked breakfast alongside our continental offerings.

Step into our prohibition-inspired lounge, where we invite you behind the bar to craft your own cocktails. We don’t have a bartender on staff, but we try to keep our “honesty bar” stocked with popular mixes and libations for you to enjoy.

Texas Ranch Water

Ingredients:
2 shots blanco tequila
1 shot lime juice
Topo Chico, chilled
Fresh lime wedge

How to make it:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add tequila and fresh lime juice.
  3. Top with Topo Chico.
  4. Add fresh lime wedge to the rim of the glass.
  5. Cheers!
